What do I need to listed to the podcast
You only need to ensure you have 'Flash' installed on your computer. If you see a box that looks something like the picture here: . If you do then you have what you need. Just click on the podcast you want to listen to from the list - then click the Play button . You will need speakers or a headphone plugged into your computer for you to be able to hear it.

I dont see the box - where do I get 'Flash'
Flash is free software available from adobe. The link to their download page is Here

Can I use my iPod
Yes - you can. For this you will need iTunes to be installed on your computer - which you should have already. Click on the "Subscribe to this podcast with iTunes" link on our page and iTunes should launch and subscribe for you. Then you just need to synchronise as you do for normal music. Note that some iPods need you to manually move podcasts to your iPod in iTunes, whilst others will synchronise for you.

Can I use my MP3 player
Yes - you can. The format of the files we provide is MP3. You will need to copy the files down directly from the feed shown in the link 'use your own podcast software'.
