By offering a secure environment and quality education, the hostel plays a crucial role in breaking the cycle of poverty and exploitation. It empowers young girls to build a better future, combats illiteracy, and fosters hope.

Here at Bethlehem Baptist Church (BBC), we aim to raise at least $50,000 to rebuild a hostel in Bangladesh. The hostel provides a safe and nurturing environment for girls to study, sleep, play, and eat together. Located close to one of the main schools, it serves children from rural villages who are often marginalized. We want to see them receive the education they deserve.

In this caring environment, students thrive, with many going on to become doctors, teachers, or leaders in their communities.

Every first Thursday of the month at 7 PM, we gather at BBC for Missions Prayer. Led by Mark and Misty Littlewood, BBC’s Missions Prayer Team comes together to pray for our missionaries and global and local missions initiatives. This is a special time of unity and intercession.
